Got your Body?

I always have had in my mind what my body was going to look like when I got older. You know that perfect body that we all picture. Well that is the key and the first step to getting that body. You have to picture what your going to look like, the more detailed the better. The next step is picturing yourself working for that body, imagine what you are going to have to do to get that body. Try and feel the exaustion of working hard the pleasure of accomplishing new heights, the mental fatigue. Third if you don't know what you need to do to accomplish your goal, get educated, or better yet get a trainer who will educate you and push you further than you can push yourself. Fourth stay focused on the end result you want and be patient, it will happen.
These are the steps that I have used to transform my body into what I want it to be. Just in the last couple of months I have stepped it up a level and am almost to the point of having the body I have always imagined. Here is a picture from March 2009 and one that was just taken this last weekend.

March2009: 178 lbs June 2009: 165lbs 8.5% Bodyfat

Motivation Story

If you are having a hard time getting motivated to workout or staying motivated check out this article from Men's Fitness.
I have found that there are a lot of people around who end up like this guy. They may have been active in sports when they were growing up, but somewhere along the growing up process they traded those in for a job. They started taking their meals as they came (fast and greasy mostly). And so the cut back on exercise along with the fast food and processed foods the pounds gradually added up. If this hasn't happened to you don't become another victim, and if it has happened to you, you can change that and get back on track. Here are some steps to help you get back on track.
1)Figure out where you are in your life and where you want to go.
2)Get educated on what to do to accomplish what you want.
3)Take action

The Passion

Hey everybody I have been talking about making a blog for a while now. I finally decided to take the time to make it. The purpose of this blog is to help people achieve there goals in life. Mainly in obtaining a strong and healthy body that will help you achieve your life goals. In my everyday job I come across many a people who struggle with just the simple task of walking, bending over, lifting their arms over there head, and some who you can just tell are not happy with the quality of their life. For the past couple of years I have been trying to figure out what it is that I would like to do with my life. I have tried many different things and found out that they were not for me. The funny thing about this, is that the thing that I really love doing I have been doing the whole time and it was right in front of my face. I love helping people. It has always come natural to me. Mixing my passion for fitness (physical, mental, and spiritual) and my constant drive to help people, I have decided that I am going to start training people to achieve their fitness goals. I am having a website being made and am taking care of some other stuff to get this going. But while those are being taken care of, I will do what I can to help people right away. I will be posting some training tips, nutrition tips, and other tips that I feel are needed to assist people. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Find your passion in life, and life will be your passion.
